KJM Staffing Solutions has a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive with experience in the Translation and Localization industry.  In this role you will be responsible to provide strategic business development support to identify, develop, and implement strategies and tactics to help the company expand existing client relationships and win new business from the translation, interpretation and localization industry.

The successful candidate will have a strong record of success in strategic Business Development and knowledge of the Translation industry. Global marketing experience is preferred.  Candidates must have extensive RFP experience. Bachelor's degree is required.

  • Research, identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Develop relationships with and pursue potential clients
  • Manage new business pipeline an consistently update new business database
  • Develop and maintain target lead list and update/maintain CRM
  • Take a leadership role in developing new business proposals and presentations
  • Develop and execute new business development plans for the office
  • Identify key target customers and work closely with them to articulate the benefits and advantages of company services
  • Prospect, develop relationships, establish business and generate ongoing sales opportunities with new and existing accounts, quote, negotiate and close sales
  • Create presentations and prepare reports for new business meetings
