The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree and at least 3 years of full life-cycle professional services recruiting experience.Fall Recruiting experience is a must. This role offers a competitive base and excellent growth opportunities within a leading and large global law firm.
Partner with local office Recruiters and Hiring Managers firmwide on the full life cycle recruitment process
Prepare job postings firmwide and post positions to internal and targeted external recruiting sites aimed at attracting a qualified and diverse candidate pool
Source talent through methods such as Linkedin, university websites, niche industry websites, develop relationships with veteran associations, and additional key diverse recruiting contacts.
Review resumes through the Applicant Tracking System “ATS” and conduct phone screens
Creatively seek ways to identify and engage talent for current hiring needs and strategize methods to create a talent pipeline for future needs through internet research, referral generation, networking and other search techniques
Manage candidate status information in the “ATS” and audit all closed job requisitions to meet OFCCP compliance
Coordinate post -offer paperwork to include: offer letters, benefits summaries, onboarding paperwork, and background investigations
Provide metrics on source effectiveness and proactively engage with recruiters and hiring managers to continually provide ongoing status of sourcing activities and talent generation by creating recruiting dashboards to measure success
