What you'll do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Trust and Estates attorneys.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including wills, trusts, and probate forms.
- Manage client communications and maintain confidential client files.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and appointments.
- Perform research and assist with case preparation as needed.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience as a legal secretary or similar role, preferably in Trust and Estates.
- Proficiency in legal terminology, document preparation, and case management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
