💲 Salary: $150,000 – $175,000+ (Commensurate with Experience)
Serve as a strategic advisor to attorneys in leverage finance, capital markets, lending, and private credit groups.
Lead and develop business development plans that align with practice goals and client expansion strategies.
Drive and manage pitches, marketing collateral, and league table submissions—note: this role does not focus on RFPs.
Collaborate closely with 11-member BD team and report to two key Partners and the Chief Marketing Officer.
Track market activity and contribute to opportunity spotting across industry segments.
Work cross-functionally to advance client relationship initiatives and firm positioning.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within a law firm or financial services environment.
Experience working with large transactional practice groups and complex financial services clients.
Strong writing, presentation, and project management skills.
Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or JD preferred.
Will consider strong Senior Specialist-level candidates ready to step up into a manager role.
