💲 Salary: $150,000 – $175,000+ (Commensurate with Experience)
Lead business development efforts for the litigation practice, working closely with key partners and the broader BD team.
Oversee strategy for pitches, credentials, thought leadership, and litigation league table submissions (no RFP responsibility).
Provide competitive insights and market intelligence to guide positioning and client targeting.
Serve as a strategic partner to attorneys and integrate cross-practice marketing initiatives.
Track ROI on business development efforts and report outcomes to leadership.
At least 5 years of litigation business development or marketing experience in a law firm.
Deep understanding of litigation trends, client expectations, and market positioning.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to lead projects independently and think proactively.
Bachelor's degree required; JD or legal marketing experience highly preferred.
Strong candidates at the Senior Specialist level will be considered.
