Graphics Designer - Presentation Specialist (FT or PT, Day, Night & Weekend openings)

Responsibilities:
- Oversight of PowerPoint presentation creation, extensive graphing and charting in Excel, and general desktop publishing duties
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye in terms of aesthetics
- Produce high-quality pitch books, presentations, and ad hoc design projects
- Import and revise graphics files as necessary
- Create and edit multi-page/multi-section documents using templates and style sheets for pitch books, graphs, charts, presentations and other print/design projects
- Collaborate with clients and team members on complex or special projects with an aesthetic for designing, producing and delivering special marketing projects in a wide variety of styles, brands, and genres
- Coordinate/Manage workflow within the team, including prioritizing jobs and delegating duties to offshore operators and review all incoming work product for accuracy and quality
- Support Operations with other performance metrics like quality of work, efficiency of production, utilization
Requirements:
- 5-years of successful experience leveraging CS graphics skills, as well as the full MS Office Suite, to deliver time-sensitive Custom PowerPoint and Word Templates, Covers, advanced Excel Charts/Tables/Graphs in a professional services environment
- Expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Extensive knowledge of specialized applications, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- Advanced presentation design / layout creation and editing skills
- Ability to deliver time-sensitive Custom PowerPoint and Word Templates, Covers, advanced Excel Charts/Tables/Graphs on-time and on-deadline
- Exceptional customer service skills and prior client interfacing experience
- Exposure to Onsite and Offshore working models is a plus
